The sizes of the angles that we can process range from 15x15mm-150x150mm.
Box sections
We polish square boxes and rectangular boxes. The sizes we can process range from 15x15mm-150x150mm and 20x30mm-200x100mm
Profiles/extrusions
This is part of our hand polishing section where we can process glass clamps and fittings etc. and worked on many bespoke projects.
WHAT WE DO
Our Linishing machines are water operated, this ensures that there is no heat distortion or discolouration created in the process. Our finishes include: Dull polish, satin polish, bright, mirror and super mirror.
Flat bar
The sizes of the Flat bars (rolled edge and hot rolled) that we can process range from 10mm-200mm in width and 3mm-20mm in thickness.
Tube/round bar
The sizes of the Tubes and round bars that we can process range from 10mmOD-154mmOD for Tubes and 6mm OD-30mmOD for round bars.
Pipe
The sizes of the pipes we can process range from 1/2 inch-5 inches and SCH5-SCH40 in thickness.
